[PGP] Lotus Notes 設定問題

當您要傳送郵件時出現錯誤訊息：「作業因您的要求而停止：mail.box」，導致 Lotus Notes 無法送信！




可能的解決方式有下列三種：

方法一、啟用「Passphrase 密碼」儲存的功能：



P.S. 如果您的郵件用戶端是 Lotus Notes，則都必須啟用這個密碼儲存功能才能夠正常傳送郵件，我們測試過最高版本是 PGP Desktop 9.8.0 + IBM Lotus Notes 7.0.1，運作正常！

官方英文設定說明如下：

1. Click the PGP Tray icon, then click Options (the PGP Options should appear).
2. On the General tab, select one of the following options in the My Passphrase section:
* Save my passphrase for the current Windows session only
* Save my passphrase for x minute(s)
3. If you chose the latter option, set the desired time for passphrase saving (remember that the time must be one second or higher).
4. Click OK to save the change and close PGP Options.

At this point, try sending email with Lotus Notes. If the issue and errors were caused by not saving passphrases, your email should now be sent successfully.

方法二、檢查notes.ini是否正常

notes.ini通常位於「C:\Program Files\lotus\notes\notes.ini」，請開啟notes.ini並檢查是否有下列兩行文字（若無，則請自行加入）：

EXTMGR_ADDINS=nPgpOvid.dll
NSF_HOOKS=nPgpOvid.dll


方法三、檢查nPgpOvid.dll是否遺失

「notes.ini」所在資料夾應該也要有一個「nPgpOvid.dll」，如果沒有，請從「C:\Program Files\PGP Corporation\PGP Desktop\nPgpOvid.dll」複製一份過去。

注意：
1. 一台電腦收發兩個帳號，必須同時擁有兩把金鑰。
2. 當找不到收件者公鑰時，也會出現此錯誤訊息（有時不會出現紀錄）。
