【Accounts】→【Account Settings...】。

先於左邊窗格「New Account Defaults」下方點選「Quotas」選項，再將「Enable quota restrictions」選項打勾，於「Maximum disk space consumed by mailbox」欄位輸入容量上限數字（MB）後，按〔Apply to all accounts now〕按鈕以便套用到所有帳號。
