MDaemon 自動刪除帳號的記錄檔範例（C:\MDaemon\Logs\AccountPrune.log）：

個案案例：

「test@ahasoft.com.tw」因為都是設定為將信轉給「a@ahasoft.com.tw」跟「b@ahasoft.com.tw」，沒有任何人會直接使用「test@ahasoft.com.tw」收發信，並且將信轉送出去後不留任何備份。

因為 MDaemon 內建會自動刪除 120 天沒有互動行為的帳號（inactive users）及超過 90 天的信件，然而，「test@ahasoft.com.tw」因為沒有直接的收發信行為而被判定為「inactive users」遭系統自動刪除帳號。


解決方案：

「Pruning」的自動刪除功能雖然智慧，但卻也因此會因此而造成災害！建議修改軟體預設值。

【Setup】→【Default Domain / Servers...】。

於「Pruning」選項中將「Delete Automatically delete account if inactive for」的預設「120 days」改成「0 days」，也一並將「Delete messages older than」的預設「90 days」改成「0 days」，就可以關閉自動刪除帳號及郵件的功能。
