ActiveXperts SMS Messaging Server 亂碼問題修正

ActiveXperts SMS Messaging Server 5.0 建立 HTTP Channel 的問題，當您建立 HTTP Channel 時，如果發送 Unicode 中文碼時，SMS 送出訊息並非 Unicode 碼，這是 ActiveXperts SMS Messaging Server 的 BUG。

解決方案：
1. 下載官方提供的修正檔：AXmsCtrl.zip。
2. 解壓縮後置於：「C:\Program Files\Common Files\ActiveXperts」
