1. 請先至軟體試用下載頁面下載軟體，再解壓縮。




Microsoft SQL Express 資料庫安裝

2. 如果沒有要採用現有的資料庫，壓縮檔內含有免費的 Microsoft SQL Express 資料庫軟體（功能限制）。解壓縮後於「SQL\SQLExpress」資料夾執行「setup.exe」來進行安裝。



※ 如果出現「The Microsoft .Net Framework 2.0 is not installed. Please install before running setup.」，表示您尚未安裝 Microsoft .Net Framework，請安裝 Microsoft .Net Framework 2.0 以上版本後，再次執行「setup.exe」。



3. 「用戶授權聲明」視窗，請勾選「I accept...」後按〔Next〕按鈕繼續。



4. 必要元件安裝，請按〔Install〕按鈕繼續。



5. 必要元件安裝完畢，請按〔Next〕按鈕繼續。



6. SQL Server 安裝精靈，請按〔Next〕按鈕繼續。



※ 系統組態檢查視窗，若出現以下兩個警告（Warning）訊息，其意思解釋如下：

• 「Minimum Hardware Requirement」- 不符系統最低硬體需求
• 硬體需求「IIS Feature Reguirement」- 必需安裝 IIS
  

7. 「註冊訊息」視窗，請於「Name 名稱」跟「Company 公司」欄位輸入資料後，按〔Next〕按鈕繼續。



8. 「功能選取」視窗，採用預設值（如圖）即可，按〔Next〕按鈕繼續。



9. 「驗證模式」視窗，有兩種驗證模式供您選擇，在此以預設的「Windows Authentication Mode」作示範，按〔Next〕按鈕繼續。



10. 「組態選項」視窗，這個步驟請務必勾選「Add user to the SQL Server Administrator role」，以便有足夠的資料庫管理權限，按〔Next〕按鈕繼續。



11. 「錯誤及使用報告設定」視窗，使用預設值 - 皆不選，按〔Next〕按鈕繼續。



12. 「準備安裝」視窗，請按〔Install〕按鈕繼續。



13. 「安裝進度」視窗，顯示軟體安裝進度，安裝完畢後，按〔Next〕按鈕繼續。



14. SQL Server 安裝完畢！按〔Finish〕按鈕繼續。

Cirrus Configuration Manager 授權計算方式

Cirrus Configuration Manager 的價格計算是以所要管理的網路設備數量為計價單位，其計價單位包括 Router（路由器）、Switch（交換器）、VPN Concentrator（VPN 連線帳號）、Wireless Access Point（無限網路基地台）、Firewall（防火牆）、Windows Server（電腦伺服器主機）...等設備的數量，官方提供「價格試算網頁」供您試算所需授權數，用法如下：

1. 開啟價格試算網頁：「http://www.solarwinds.com/products/cirrus/cost_calculator.aspx」後，輸入設備數量，若該設備無數量，請輸入「0」。



2. 輸入完畢後按下〔Calculate〕按鈕進行價格試算。



※「Cirrus DL50:」後方就是試算的美金價格，DL50 就是該購買的授權數（50 個設備），目前該軟體的授權數區間有：DL50、DL100、DL200、DL500、DL1000、DL3000、無限。

解決 UltraEdit 的 Output Window 中文亂碼問題

已知問題

1. 當使用【Search】→【Find In Files】時。



2. 針對某個資料夾中的檔案進行關鍵字的搜尋。



3. 搜尋完畢後，於下方的「Output Window」將描述搜尋結果的文字複製到剪貼簿。



4. 再將剪貼簿中的文字貼上。



5. 中文部份會呈現亂碼。




解決方案 - 英文版

1. 使用「Find In Files」。



2. 於「Find In Files」視窗按下〔Advanced〕按鈕。



3. 勾選「Results to Edit Window」。



4. 再按下〔Find〕按鈕。



5. 搜尋結果會顯示於新頁籤。



6. 複製貼上於記事本，也不會有亂碼。




解決方案 - 中文版

1. 於「多重檔案搜尋」視窗下勾選「產生至編輯視窗」。



2. 就不會再有亂碼了。






※感謝用戶反應此問題，這個 BUG 發生於英文 14 版、中文 13 版，國外原廠已知悉，將會儘速修正此問題。

3. Select the SolarWinds application(s) to deactivate. (All SolarWinds applications are supported excluding ipMonitor and LANsurveyor)

4. Once the deactivation is successful, you can install the released SolarWinds software on the new server.

5. (Optional) To remove the application(s) from the original SolarWinds machine, you will need to uninstall the application(s).

Milestones Professional 2008 中文亂碼問題解決方案

當設定 Milestones Professional 2008 讀取非 Unicode 檔案時：



可以正常顯示非 Unicode 編碼的中文字：



但是在匯出檔案（PDF、PPT）時，會出現中文部份為亂碼情形：









其解決方案是：您所使用的字型必須是支援 Unicode 的字型，如：「Arial Unicode MS」，修改舊檔案的字型後，匯出的中文字型便可以正常顯示：

如何將 PFX 轉 PEM 檔？

可以利用下列指令：

openssl pkcs12 -in c:\certs\yourcert.pfx -out c:\certs\cag.pem -nodes

如果需要的是 Key 檔，只要將 PEM 檔的副檔名重新命名為 .key 即可。

[UltraEdit] 調整 Tab 鍵寬度讓資料正確排序以利格式轉換或套表

1）如圖中的範例，可以調整「Tab 鍵寬度」讓資料的間隔更符合需求。



2）【Advanced】→【Configuration】。



3）「Word Wrap/Tab Settings」→將「Tab Stop value」後方欄位的數值（預設為 2）改為 8 後，按〔確定〕按鈕。



4）再看看資料的間隔，已符合您的需求。

SnagIt 安裝及註冊教學

1）執行「snagit.exe」，出現安裝畫面後，按〔Next〕按鈕進行下一步。



2）出現「License Agreement 授權條款」視窗後，點選「I accept...」表示同意，再按〔Next〕按鈕進行下一步。



3）於「User Information 用戶資訊」視窗中輸入註冊名稱。



4）「Licensing」視窗 - 要試用請點選「30 day evaluation」，要註冊則點選「Licensed - I have a key」後，於「Key:」後方的欄位輸入或貼上授權碼。



5）「Select Installation Type 選取安裝模式」 - 一般而言，選擇「Typical 典型」安裝即可，若要自訂安裝，再選擇「Custom」模式。



6）在正式安裝前，還有幾個選項：

• Start SnagIt 9 when installation is finished - 安裝完畢時啟動 SnagIt。
• Create shortcuts on Desktop - 於桌面建立捷徑。
• Run Snagit when Windows starts - 隨 Windows 開機啟動 SnagIt。

這些選項可以依實際需要勾選，再按〔Next〕按鈕進行下一步。



7）安裝完畢後，按下〔Finish〕按鈕結束安裝程式。
